TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Sord Blades. These terms and conditions apply to every order you place on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you buy.

1. WHO WE ARE

Sord Blades sells double-edge razor blades from Laval, Quebec, Canada. You can reach us by phone at (514) 565-7165, or through the Contact Us page on this website.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell double-edge razor blades in one-time bulk packages, monthly subscription plans, and a free sample. Product descriptions, quantities and prices are shown on each product page. We do our best to keep them accurate, but if a mistake is found, we will contact you before your order is processed.

3. ORDERING

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your order at the prices shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the price shown was incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Our Silver, Golden and Platinum Plans are monthly subscription plans, sold as products on this website. Each plan is billed per order, as listed on the product page, and a new order ships to you every month. You can cancel your plan at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund orders that have already been shipped.

5. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address you provide, and are added to your order total.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal and by Cash on Delivery, as offered at checkout. For PayPal orders, payment is taken when you place your order. For Cash on Delivery orders, you pay when your order is delivered.

7. SHIPPING

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is charged at a flat rate: bulk package and subscription plan orders ship free, and the free sample ships for $2. Delivery times vary by destination and by the shipping service used, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

8. FREE SAMPLE

The free sample contains 5 SôrD double-edge blades. The sample itself is free; you pay only the $2 shipping charge. The free sample is non-refundable, and the $2 shipping charge is also non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. USE OF THE PRODUCTS

Our blades are sharp. Use them only in a compatible double-edge safety razor, and follow the instructions for your razor. Keep blades and blade packaging out of reach of children. Dispose of used blades safely, in a blade bank or a puncture-proof container. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, or by using our blades in a razor they were not made for.

10. YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Refund Policy, linked in the footer of this website, explains what can be returned, what cannot be returned, and how refunds work. It forms part of these terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
