Unopened and unused blade packs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase \u2014 we need it to process a return.<\/p>\n
Opened or used blades cannot be returned. Razor blades are sharp, personal-hygiene products, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept them back once the packaging has been opened or the blades have been used.<\/p>\n
The free sample is non-refundable, and the $2 shipping charge for the sample is also non-refundable.<\/p>\n
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund you \u2014 your choice. If your return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping, and you do not need to send the damaged or wrong item back unless we ask you to.<\/p>\n

We will confirm the return and explain how to send the item back. Please do not send anything back to the manufacturer \u2014 returns go through Sord Blades only.<\/p>\n
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If the refund has not appeared after that time, please contact us and we will look into it.<\/p>\n
